（中央社記者郝雪卿台中11日電）今天是元宵節，雙主場的中台灣元宵燈會，晚上分別在台中公園及清水港區藝術中心兩地邀請日本團隊帶來傳統樂器與太鼓表演，吸引很多賞燈民眾前來同樂。
中台灣元宵燈會從5日起至19日在台中公園及清水港區藝術中心熱鬧展開，今天元宵節，日本青森縣與鳥取縣團隊分別在兩會場帶來傳統樂器與太鼓表演。
台中市副市長張光瑤前往台中公園與民眾同樂，他指出，台中觀光客人數持續成長，此次專程邀請日本團隊到台中表演，促進台日友好，更盼藉此提升台中的國際觀光能見度。
2017中台灣元宵燈會今年主燈以「鳳凰花開」為主題，台中公園主燈以金黃色系代表「鳳」，今晚元宵節吸引上千人一同賞燈，欣賞來自日本青森縣平川市的傳統表演團隊精彩演出。整點主燈秀時，現場絢麗光芒四射，民眾紛紛拿起手機拍照，直呼「好美！」。
清水港區藝術中心場主燈則以紅色系代表「凰」，與台中公園金黃色系的「鳳」遙相呼應，同樣吸引許多民眾前來觀賞。日本鳥取縣的太鼓表演開場時，震撼力十足，更讓民眾欣賞到一場國際級的精采表演，場面盛大。
觀光旅遊局表示，今晚6時開始，兩大燈區舉辦「做公益．拿好禮活動」，民眾只要攜帶今年1、2月份的發票2張，即可兌換摸彩券1張（每人限兌換1次），大獎包含電動機車、機票、手機等，邀請民眾賞花燈、做公益。1060211

（中央社記者田裕斌台北20日電）國泰金控經濟研究團隊最新「國民經濟信心」調查顯示，有46.2%的民眾認為受到一例一休的影響不大，但44%的民眾認為弊大於利，遠高於認為利大於弊的9.8%。
國泰金調查指出，有6成以上的民眾認為在實施一例一休後，每月經常性薪資並不會有變化，認為會減少的民眾(23.6%)遠高於認為會增加的民眾(8.8%)，其中有8.9%民眾認為，每月經常性薪資可能減少超過5%，僅有3.3%民眾認為每月經常性薪資可能增加超過5%。
國泰金表示，去年12月景氣對策信號續呈綠燈，製造業營業氣候測驗點由綠燈轉呈黃紅燈，景氣領先、同時指標穩定上升，主計總處也上調去年經濟成長率(GDP)概估值至1.40%，顯示國內景氣穩定回升，今年2月民眾的景氣樂觀現況指數及景氣展望樂觀指數同步上揚至-22.5及-20.7，顯示民眾對於經濟信心已明顯改善。
在就業市場部分，雖然受到一例一休的政策衝擊，民眾對就業現況與展望的樂觀程度也出現彈升，對於薪資上漲現況與展望也轉趨樂觀，尤以現況指數反彈較明顯，不過，民眾對於耐久財的意願仍未見顯著改善，大額消費意願僅小幅增加，研判消費對於未來景氣復甦的推升力道恐不如外需。
此外，股市樂觀程度與風險偏好連續 3個月上揚，創近期新高，今年2月股市樂觀指數持續攀高至-18.4，創去年下半年以來新高，風險偏好指數同步上升至-8.9，為2016年9月以來新高，雖指數仍處在負值階段，但已顯示民眾對於未來半年股市的看法持續轉趨樂觀，願意加碼股市的民眾回流，在經濟基本面支撐下，應有助於支撐金融市場穩健表現。1060220
